Marysol-Wudi CHAPTER 1

We work with 2 systems:
This one is about this words:
Rhizomatic, no repetition, movement.
It is a fight : one superficial skin (mesh logic) affecting one rhizomatic flow of forces.
This skin bifurcate in two, one mesh(virtual ground), and one planar (real ground)

  1. it was a good approach and still is.

so please forget about all the other ideas you want to put on top of something that was already just right.

just because your design very quickly reached a point doesn't mean that there is something wrong with it ;)

so you just have to refine exactly this design approach.
most important will be the relationship of parts. How will be the ratio of surface vs. tentacles. How many do you need and what kind of spaces do they create (can we still use them?) what kind of human behavior are they inspiring?

I really also like that you worked from the very start with the surface condition (the bumps) that then become the apertures (openings) which then transform into the tentacles.
What is missing is the relationship to the existing ground. Start to think about how they should merge.

also think about colors and how you can apply them. What kind of materials (hard soft)would you like to use?

    other then that: good work

Keep on working on this approach
